primary care mental health service evaluation, improvement & commissioning support

Res has extensive experience reviewing and evaluating primary care services including mental health. Recently Res has worked to evaluate and report on the performance of selected primary care mental health services (PCMHS) across London. This report was very well received and is forming the basis of ICS performance improvement plans for this sector. Res can provide the following services:

  • Support in setting up and implementing new PCMHS including care pathway development, data set development and stakeholder engagement (with focus on clinicians)
